Lord Almighty,

I pray for these intentions:

+ That wars cease and peace and justice reign
xxacross all the wearied world

+ That new crops grow and starvation
be eradicated in every land

+ That all people treat each other
as brothers and sisters
with genuine respect

+ That Islam abandon violence,
and its adherents find ways
to live in peace with all its sects
and other faiths

+ That wealth be more evenly distributed
xxto peoples and countries
throughout the world

+ That I remain healthy and find
opportunities to serve others in need

+ That my sins be forgiven
and that I live a life ofxgoodness

+ That I may die in peace, reconciled to You

All this I pray to you my God, my Creator,
my only Hope, and my Salvation.
