Dear God,
Into each life
a little rain does, inevitably, fall.
Sometimes I
may feel as if I am in a torrent of pains and problems,
a flood of misfortune.
Please give
me faith to endure in these tough times of trial. Keep
me always aware that You are there, You are near, You
are watching,
You will give me the support that I need
if only pray and endure.
All this I
ask in hope, and in confidence that You will never forget
me, never let me feel that I am alone, never send me
trials which I cannot face courageously,
with confidence in Your support - which will enable
me to endure.
I place my
faith, my hope, and my trust,
in You, my Creator, my Savior
and my God Redeemer.
